ELS/Teaneck is situated on 50 hectares of wooded land on the campus of Fairleigh Dickinson University (FDU) just 20 minutes from New York City. Teaneck is located on the border of New York and New Jersey in a wealthy suburb of New York City.

Teaneck's diverse community of ethnic restaurants and shops helps make international students feel comfortable.
ELS students enjoy trips to Great Adventure Amusement Park, Philadelphia, Boston and New York City.
Many students enjoy attending professional sports events including the Knicks and Nets (basketball), Yankees and Mets (baseball), Rangers and Devils (ice hockey) and Giants and Jets (American Football).
FDU offers undergraduate majors in business, education, computer science and liberal arts and an MBA program with a concentration in Hospitality Management.
University programs include those leading to Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral Degrees at both the Teaneck-Hackensack campus and the Madison campus.
ELS students may attend FDU lectures with other students, business people and politicians in the Spring and Fall.
