ELS/St. Petersburg is located on the beautiful waterfront campus of Eckerd College, only a 20-minute bicycle ride from the famous Gulf of Mexico. St. Petersburg, situated on Florida’s tropical west coast, is well known for its beaches, mild climate and educational and cultural attractions.

Known for its pristine white beaches and mild climate, the St. Petersburg area is ideal for water sports, swimming, soccer, golf, cycling, and other recreational activities.
Cultural attractions include the world famous Salvador Dali Museum and Smithsonian-affiliate Florida International Museum.
Many student enjoy taking trips to Disney World®, EPCOT Center®, SeaWorld® and Universal Studios®.
Eckerd College has a diverse international student population, with more than 67 countries represented in its undergraduate degree programs.
Students may earn a certificate from Eckerd College in International Business and International Relations and Global Affairs (Level 107 and above).
