ELS/Ruston is located on the 103-hectare campus of Louisiana Tech University, a four-year public institution awarding bachelors, master’s and doctoral degrees. Louisiana Tech's diverse student population of more than 11,000 represents 70 countries from around the world.

Ruston, a friendly southern town of 22,000, is home to parks, lakes and world-class mountain biking trails.
Louisiana Tech offers more than 80 undergraduate and over 30 graduate degrees in many areas of study including Accounting, Biology, Nursing, Education, Mechanical Engineering and Professional Aviation.
The University is a comprehensive teaching and research university that encourages technology and innovation, including currently having 25 patents in progress and 35 reports of scientific innovation.
Located on the main campus, a new $8.5 million, 52,000-square foot Biomedical Engineering Building will house high-tech laboratories, meeting rooms and incubator space for business and technology.
