The City
ELS/Indianapolis is located on the urban campus of Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) and is a 10-minute walk from downtown shopping and entertainment area. Located in America’s Heartland, Indianapolis is a major, metropolitan area home to many international businesses and sporting events.

Indianapolis is known for the world-famous “Indianapolis 500”, Grand Prix racing and other auto races.
IUPUI combines the best of two American universities and offers more than 200 degree programs, including business, computer science, engineering, law, medicine, and tourism.
The University features a sports complex with a pool, tennis courts, baseball and soccer fields, and a gymnasium.
ELS students may earn an IUPUI Certificate of American Business Communications (additional fee required, class options based on availability).
Students may practice English in the American Conversation Partners program where students meet weekly with native English speakers.
