ELS/Denver is located on Johnson & Wales University’s (JWU) beautiful and historic campus in a residential neighborhood just 10 minutes from downtown Denver. Known as a vibrant, cosmopolitan area with more than two million people, Denver is situated against the backdrop of the spectacular Rocky Mountains.

In the summer, students may choose from a variety of Rocky Mountain activities including, hiking, horseback riding, camping, rock-climbing and white-water rafting.
Students may enjoy skiing or snowboarding in the pristine, powdery snow at Aspen, Vail, Breckenridge and many other top-ranked, world-class ski resorts.
As “America’s Career University®”, Johnson & Wales practices a curriculum through which students begin preparing for their careers by studying courses in their major in their first term.
